1-on-1 Nutritional Services

This will vary depending on what you need my nutritional services for. This can include but is not limited to: weekly check-ins (Skype, FaceTime, phone or in person), personalized meal & exercise plans to suit your needs and a Q&A about nutrition.

Initial Consultation

Assessment of diet and weight history, lifestyle habits, medical history and personal goals. You’ll receive a verbal plan followed by an e-mail containing a detailed summary of our meeting, additional useful information pertaining to low-carb & my recommendations.

Follow-up sessions

We’ll discuss your progress, make certain changes and updates to the plan (if necessary) & all questions and concerns will be addressed. This session is really up to you and what you feel you need.

14-day meal plan + 30 minute follow-up session

A 14-day optimal meal plan to suit your needs with a 30-minute follow-up session to make any changes, if necessary.
